La Chien

The style of "La Chien" was influenced by primitive artistic styles, using the bare minimum of lines and colour to convey the impression of the subject. "La Chien" is in fact a single, unbroken line - deceptively simple yet immediately recognisable, like much of Picasso's work. The purity of the print is complemented by a smart black frame to finish off the contemporary, minimalist feeling.
